Several Changes In French

Ministry. M. DALADIER'S HEAVY DUTIES. (Received 11.30 a.m.) PARIS, September 13. M. Daladier, French Prime Minister, lias formed a new Cabinet in which he will hold the poets of Foreign and Defence Minister. M. Bonnet becomes Minister of Justice. M. D'Autry, former Chief of French Railways, becomes Minister for Armaments, Senator Pernot becomes UnderSecretary of State for Foreign Affair*, and M. Delbos re-enters the Cabinet a* Minister for Education.

The other ministries remain unchanged.
