POLISH OFFICIALS IN LONDON.—Dr. V. Kulski (left). Legal Adviser to the Polish Foreign Office, arrived in London last month to help the Legal Department of the British Foreign Office in preparing the final draft of the Anglo-Polish Treaty of Mutual Assistance, an amplification of the pledges exchanged in April. Dr. Kulski is seen with the Polish Ambassador in London, Count Edward Raczynski.
