GERMAN CONSUL IX* N.Z. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON*, this day. The German Consul, Herr E. l'a.mm, has been banded hi<s passport. This announcement was made to-dav by the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E. Parry, who said an official call had been made on Herr Ramm this morning and the formalities pending Herr Ramm's departure from New Zealand completed.
