The poet office in Ottawa was much amused to receive a letter signed by "an honest Scot" in Winnipeg. For 20 years he had been filling his fountain-pen from the post office inkwells, and his conscience had been troubling him. therefore enclosed 6d to P&T .. ink' "I think it should c °™ r J b * £st> he said.
