NEW LYNN SCHOOL.
FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY.
The lifty-tir>t anniversary of the foundation of the New Lynn district school will be observed from November 16 to November 19. The first school was opened in 1888 aud consisted of one room. Built towards the end of that year, it started with a roll of 30. The present school was built in 1914 and the roll is now approximately 030. A committee lias been formed to arrange a -nitiil.l;. programme for the reunion.
