HEADS APPOINTED.
MR. PAUL AND MR. McNAMARA.
MEN OF WIDE EXPERIENCE,

The appointment has been made of Mr. J. T. Paul as Director of Publicity under the Censorship and Publicity Emergency Regulations, with Mr. J. H. Hall as deputy-Director of Publicity. Mr. McNamara has been appointed Controller of Censorship, although it is understood that he will not be in charge of Press censorship, which is to come under the Director of Publicity.
Mr. Paul, formerly a member of the Legislative Council, has up till recently been engaged in journalism in Dunedin. Mr. Hall was formerly editor of the "Dominion," Wellington, and recently became editor of the "Railways Magazine." Mr. McNamara recently retired from the position of Director-General of the Post and Telegraph Department.
