CIRCUS DUE TO-MORROW.
UNLOADING OF ELEPHANTS.
Arriving in Auckland to-morrow morning, Perry Brothers' large circus and zoo will open a season of seven nights and three matinees on Saturday. This circus company, which has been entertaining for 70 years, has the reputation of always presenting something new and novel. It is 14 years since they visited Auckland, and in the interim they have considerably raised the value of their entertainment. Besides the thrilling performances of trapeze artists, the clever joking and fooling of clowns, including a new team from the Continent, there is also the zoo. Eighteen cages of wild animals and a herd of elephants are being brought to Auckland. An invitation is extended by the company to the public to witness its arrival and the unloading of the trains by the elephants in the Auckland goods yard to-morrow morning.
