POLISH BROADCAST Reichstag Members Said To Be Involved MEETING CANCELLED (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, August 27. The Exchange a Telegraph Agency Warsaw correspondent says that Polish wireless stations to-night broadcast a story that the German Gestapo had discovered a plot against Herr Hitler. Military members of the Reichstag and some Nazi party members were said to have been involved. It is stated that the proposed summoning of the Reichstag yesterday to hear Herr Hitler 8 proposals to Britain was abandoned after the discovery, at the Kroll Opera House, of complete preparations for an attempt on the life of Herr Hitler. A strong military contingent was posted at the Opera House. Many arrests were made in Berlin and throughout the Reich.
