RECOGNISE SOVIET.
EGYPTIAN CABINET MOVE. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LOXDOX, August 21. The British Associated Press Cairo representative says the new Egyptian Cabinet has decided to recognise the Soviet Government. This is regarded as a prelude to resumption of trade talks between Egypt and Russia.
