DELAY AT MOSCOW.
Reported French Pressure On Britain. URGENCY OF SETTLEMENT. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, August 20. "Reynolds' News" says that France has warned the British Government that unless a defensive alliance with Russia rs concluded without further delay both Poland and Hungary will be in immediate danger of German attack. France is insisting that the British military mission to Moscow be given full powers to reach a definite agreement, such as is possessed, by the French representatives.
