idiaiOHl BOARD MS3RVXOE. (Sr Telegraph.—duress Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Tributes were paid to Archbishop Averill, who presided for the last time at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Anglican Board of Missions. Biahop Weet-Watson, of Chriatchurcb, said thanks and credit were due for the great patience, wisdom and geniality which characterised Archbishop Averill's service on the board. It wa« not easy to lay down one's offices, sajd the archbishop, replying, but he hoped to take a great Interest in every branch of the work of the Church.
