WANGANELLA ARRIVES

NEW ZEALAND STAR SAILING. CITY OF DEHII DUE. MATUA. FOR THE ISLANDS. The Huddart Parker motor ship Wanganella, which left Sydney on Saturday afternoon, arrived, shortly before 7 a.m. to-day and berthed at Queen's wharf. She brought 166 passengers, her cargo including transhipments per Torrens, Strathallan, Xar- ! kunda and Moreton Bay. She will sail at 4 p.m. on Friday for Sydney. The Blue Star Line motor ship New Zealand Star, whieh has been completing her loading at Queen's wharf, will sail at o p.m. to-day for London. She goes via Cape Horn, and ie due at London Docka on September 17. The I\I.AJN.Z. Line steamer City of Delhi, whieh has been delayed by heavy weather, will arrive at 4 p.m. to-day from Montreal, and berth at Central wharf. She has a large general cargo for discharge at main ports. The -Union Company's Island motor ship Matua, which has been laid up here for annual survey and docking, sailed this afternoon for Rarotonga, Nukualofa, Varan, Apia and Suva with passengers and cargo. She is due to return on September 3. Maunganui arrived at 7 a.m. to-day from her second cruise to the Islands.' She leaves for Wellington and Sydney, at 8 p.m. (U.S.«. Co.) Maetsuycker left for Wellington, Sydney and the East shortly after 5 p.m. yesterday. She is due at Saigon on September 16. (R. and S., Ltd.) Edward F. Johnson arrived this morning from San Francisco and anchored in the stream. She will berth this atfternoon to discharge petrol for the Vacuum Oil Company. (V.O. Co.) Port Halifax will arrive to-morrow afternoon from Napier to complete loading, sailing oil Saturday for Xew York, Boston and Montreal. (F. Co-op.)
