LONDON, July 22. There is in England a group of men who are working steadily and unobtrusively on the moet amazing project of all time—a voyage by "space ship" to the moon. Some idea of the progress of their researches is given in the July iseue of the "Journal of the British InterPlanetary Society." j "If 10 to 15 years could be 6pent onj ground experiments, with all the neces-j sary money and apparatus, then the construction of the space ship, based on our present deeign, could be undertaken with complete confidence," it etatee. "To-day men in every country are striving towards a new and greater goal. It is the vision of inter-planetary travel."
