WELLINGTON, Friday,

A slip which blocked the railway line about half-way between Te Horo and Waikanae held up the Limited express from Auckland this merning. Passengers were taken by bus from Otaki to Waikanae. A slow train from Wellington to Falmerston North was held at Waikanea and took the passengers from tho express back to Wellington. completed their journey about 11.13 a.m. The line was cleared by 11 a.m.
