SERB-CROAT NEGOTIATIONS,

I (Received 10.30 a.m.) BELGRADE, August 9. Serb-Croat negotiations to transform Yugoslavia into a Federal State have been indefinitely postponed. A message from Geneva states that Yugoslavia has declined the presidency of the League of Nations Council. The Prime Minister of Yugoslavia, who is also the Minister for Foreign Affairs. Dr. Milan Stojadinovitch, is to flv to Venice to-morrow. Tt is stated that this move has no political significance, says a Belgrade report.
