EXPELLED NAZI SPY. (Received 0.30 a.m.) PARIS, August 4. | It is reported that Herr Otto Abetz is suing M. Henri de Kerillis for alleged libel on the advice of the German Foreign Minister, Herr von Ribbentrop, ■ who feels that his personal dignity has been slighted. I Abetz was expelled from France, it being believed that he was the head of a propaganda bureau originally started , by Herr von Ribbentrop "in his champagne selling days." It was alleged that he had an entertainment allowance of £2000 a month and that he used unsuspecting society women as gobetweens.
