A much better understanding with Australia and New Zealand was apparent in the United States, said Mr. Frank Goldberg, who arrived in the Monterey to-day on his ninth trip round the world. In the past five months, he said, he had visited every State in America, and he was sure that a closer connection betAveen the regions fronting the Pacific was coming.
