(Received 2 p.m.) j LONDON, August 3. Mr. F. Langstone, New Zealand Minis-, ter of Lands, and Mrs. Langstone will embark in the Dominion Monarch tomorrow, also a Czech, Mr. T. M. Hayek, who has been engaged by the New Zealand Government to report on the possibilities of establishing the sxigar beet industry in the Dominion. .
