MEMORIAL AT TITIRANGI.
The City Council decided last night to accept the offer of the Soldiers' Memorial site at Titirangi on the sole understanding that the area will be kept in order by the Council. This action was- taken on the recommendation of the parks committee, to which the question 'had twice been referred for consideration.
