Member* of the honorary staff at the
'• iirkland Hospital have discussed the decision of the board to terminate *he appointments of the chiefs of the divisions of medicine and surgery, Dr. C. R. Burns and Mr. J. M. Clarke, respectively, but no announcement of the result of the discussion has been made.
The board's decision will be further considered at the next meeting, in consequence of notice of motion lodged by Dr. J. P. Hastings to rescind the resolution carried at the last meeting.
