WAISTCOAT BLOUSES.—Attractive little waistcoat blouses are a new feature. Some of them have embroidered fronts of heavy silk, others, with plainer types of material, have sleeves and backs of fine linen, and offer the maximum of freshness for warm davs. ♦ ♦ ♦ * SPRING PP.IXTS. — Spring prints favour floral effects: They emphasise definitely disposed designs, often massed more or less closely to give wide banded effects. Dot and coin spot patterns are to the fore for the occasional tailor-made and for dresses. ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ SCARVES, CAPS. HAXDKERCHIKFS.—Women in Paris are growing more conscious of the importance of scarves and handkerchiefs, veils and flowers—and all the other so-called •"extras."
