MILK ON FRONT DOORSTEP.
Knowing the difficulties and hardships of the milkman, and realising what a very important job he holds down, I want to help him to my utmost. Nothing must stop him on his arduous task and he must he there on time. Before I change over from the orthodox backdoor for mv billy to the front doorstep I want to be assured of this. As we all know, milk stains, and has" a very unpleasant odour if allowed to be spilled on the clean front doorstep, of which every woman is proud. 7 want an assurance that no milk will be spilled, and I think that I am justified in asking for this ere I make this drastic change. X know this is not an easy ta*k, but it can be done with a little care. When housekeepers are assured of this I am sure, like myself, they will make the sensible change and thus help a body of workers who work in the dark and in all kinds of weather. PARTICULAR HOUSEKEEPER.
