MOTION BY OPPOSITION. TO BE MOVED THIS EVENING. 'By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Keporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. In accordance with usual practice, the Leader of the Opposition, the Hon. A. Hamilton, will move a no-confidence motion when making his speech in the Address-in-Reply debate in the House of Representatives to-night. The motion will embrace eight points, dealing with the position of the country to-day, 011 which Mr. Hamilton proposes to base his examination of the effect of the Government's policy.

The text of the motion was discussed and approved at the caucus of Opposition members held after the House rose last night.
