TO-NIGHT'S FIGHT.
KELLY AND SUMMERS. LAST £!OUT WON ON FOUL. If the hectic nature of their last bout is a criterion, the professional lijthtweizht boxing contest at the Town Half to-night between Harry Summers, of Australia and Percy Kelly, of Auckland, should provide some exciting moments for the crowd. Kelly won the previoue bout on a foul, which ended the fizht suddenly in the fourth round, and this unsatisfactory result is expected to spur the contestants on to some fast, exciting work to-night. The bout will be of 10 three-minute rounds. On the same programme Joe Hansen, of Wellington, will meet Bert McKay, of Auckland, in eight threeminute rounds.
The amateur preliminaries will be:— Lightweight, L. Pennington (T. B. Ewen) v. B. Dreaver (W. Hogg); welter-weight, T. Brown (H Hogg) v. H. Caltaux (Auckland), D. Munro (E. Caughey) v H. Roberteon (Auckland). Emergency: Lightweight, W. Simpson (Auckland) v. J Humphries (W. Williams).
