QUOTA TO EVERY FACTORY
(li.v Telegraph. I'rcss Association.) IN'\ ERCARCILL, Wednesday. Every boot factory in New Zealand lias recehed orders for the manufacture of footwear for the military forces, according to a statement of Sir. A. E. W. McDonald, an In\ ercargill footwear merchant, at a meeting ot the Defence Leogue Mr. McDonald said a quota Jiad been allotted to every factory, and no factory could decline the orders.
