Members of the House of Lords Committee 011 Road Safety, inspected a one horse-power, two-seater, miniature motor car with a maximum speed of ten miles an hour to teach school childclren how to drive. The car may be used in school grounds without being registered. It is fitted with a twostroke air-cooled motor, forward and reverse gears, clutch, foot brake and accelerator pedal, and costs £35.
