"Of course, if the Minister choonoe to tell the people, of New Zealand in language chosen by himself and suitable. to his own tas ten that he simply dare not face the exposure of a publiv debate, upon the fioverntnent Social Security srheme. the people thi'in«c!viv; will have no difficulty in drawing their own conclusions/' he added.
