RABBI WITH DRUG.
QUANTITY HIDDEN IN BIBLES
PARIS, June 14. A naturalised American rabbi, Isaac Leifer. has been placed on trial for allegedly being in possession of concealed drugs in the covers of Bibles. When a rre-ted be had 21 Bibles in his car. there being two packets of heroin in each. The United States has applied for Leifer's extradition.
