Hotlx from the economic and health points of view the rat is man's greatest enem.v. Kats destroy and foul our food supplies—rats inflict us with DISEASE. Guard against the great peril of rats and mice—do YOUR part towards exterminating all rodents. llow you can help to check the rat menace:— I—KEEP ALL FOOD COVERED. 2—NEVER LEAVE "SCRAPS" ABOUT. 3—DO NOT OVERFEED POULTRY OK ANIMALS AT NIGHT. 4—BURN ALL RUBBISH OR PLACE IN COVERED DUST BINS. .-.—SEE THAT ALL RUBBISH IS CLEARED AWAY FREQUENTLY. Supplies of Rat Poison can be had FREE by City residents from the Chief Sanitary Inspector's Office at the Town Hall. Suburban residents can secure similar supplies from their own Local Bodies. FREE Poisoned Baits also available at all Blue and White Stores and Marriotts Stores during Rat Week. Proprietary Lines and Rat Traps can be purchased from Grocers, Ironmongers, etc. DO YOUR DUTY! Rats have no redeeming feature and should be ruthlessly exterminated IT IS THE DUTY OF EVERY HOUSEHOLDER—YOUR DUTY— to make a sustained and continuous effort to kill all rats and mice—they're a menace to your own and your family's health.
