COMRADES TO MEET Y.M.C.A.

SEVEN GAMES ON SATURDAY.

■Saturday will bp another big Soccer day, when the final of the Cole Cup will be played at Bliuidtord Park between teams from H.M.S. Achilles and H.M.S. Lcander. The earlier attraction at headquarters will be a game between \avy and Rotowaro. I* irst division championship games will be held on other gi munis. ami Comrades and Y.M.C.A. will meet at Western Springs in their Chatham Cup replay. Owing to tliette two teams winding up all square last Saturday, the second round | championship series with those two teams meeting has been advanced to enable them to replay the tropin' match this week. Their staple last week had to be extended I because of a draw, and then abandoned without any change in the snjore because of failing light. In the meeting of Grey Lynn and Thistle, at the Domain, it is expected that Thistle will again come out on top. Ponsonby will meet Eastern Suburbs at Victoria Park and should have the advantage. At Devonport Abels and North Shore will meet. Both teams are on the same footing on the championship ladder. At Fowlds Park Mount Albert Grammar Old Boys will mpet the Onehunga Xf. Old Boys went down to them last week, and on Saturday will make every effort to avenge their defeat.
