WARSHIP'S SEA TRIAL.

USAHOER IW HATTRAKI GULF.

H.M.S. Leander, flagship of the New Zealand Squadron, which is in Calliope Dock for overhaul and repainting, will run a short sea trial after coming out of dock on Tuesday. Invitations have been extended to civic authorities to be the guests of the commodore during the trial. In addition to testing the engines at full speed it is intended to have anti-aircraft gunnery practice. The cruiser will return on Tuesday afternoon.
