Dismissing a motion for rc-trial brought I>.v Ronald George Orr. motor driver (Mr. West), against William Ancel Reynolds, labourer, of St. Heliers (Mr. 'lonian) in the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr. Justice Fair upheld a jury's damages award of £')')! and made judgment accord'ngi v.

Petitioner in the original action, Reynolds, -.laimed damages from Orr following a motor cycle accident in Remuera Road, near the corner of Ngapuhi Road, on February 22, 1938. Petitioner was riding a motor cycle and sidecar, and defendant was driving a van.
