GREAT PROSPERITY FORECAST. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, May 31. The trend of the markets is still upwards but business is slight. Sir William Crawford, member of the Industrial Advisory Committee, stated that the autumn and winter will be the most proaperouM period iu the history of modern Britain.
