Might and Foxlove ran a mile together in 1.4* 4->, Silver Sight and Ruling Star t.'kiii.'r 1.47 2-5 for a similar distance. Dungarvan covered six furlongs in 1.17 3-5»,-Wiir Lap six in 1.15 3-5, and Airani, Eastern Heir and Small Boy seven furlongs in 1.32. Airam gave the others a start and finished on terms. Amigo covered six furlongs by himself in 1.15 2-5 and Solaria was restricted to three-quarter pace work. Golden Pam gave Eurotas a good break and beat him over half a mile in 49 4-ss.
