Sir William Hunt left for Wellington in the noon "plane to-day. Dr. T. L. Paget. Director of Maternal Welfare, is. a visitor to Hamilton. Mr. S. Harrowell will leave for Wellington in the Limited express this evening. The Hon. Mr. Justice Johnston will leave by the Limited express to-night for Wellington. Mr. H. L. Dyett will lie a passenger in the Limited express for Wellington this evening. Mr. R. E. Cleary. of the' United States, arrived from the Island* in the Matua yesterday. The Hon. Mr. Justice Callan is to attend the sittings of the Court of Appeal, commencing in Wellington on June 12. ilr. P. M. Muir. Controller of Stores in the Railways Department, arrived from Wellington in the early train this morning. Mr. T. E. Clarke, Mr. Hendry Luke and Mr. R. O. < Jardner will be passengers in the Limited express this evening for Wellington. Dr. and Mrs. Kronfeld, of Wellington, who have been staving at the Central Hotel, will return South this evening in the Limited express. Mr. E. J. Marklew, assistant communications engineer to the Railways Department, arrived from Wellington in the Limited express this morning. Mr. J. M. Smith, of Dunedin, has been appointed superintendent of the Fields Division at Ruakura State Farm. He is succeeding Mr. P. W. Smallfield. Mr. H. J. Langrish, stationmaster at Xewmarket. has returned to Auckland after a tour of Cromwell and Hawke's Bay. He was accompanied by Mrs. Langrish. Mr. and Mrs. Stewart F. Storey, of Christehureh. have arrived in Auckland from Sydney on their way to America, where they will juiti the Duchess of liedforcl for England.
