GREY LYNN ACCIDENT. Evidence was {riven that deceased was crossing l'arawai Crescent. Casey's Estate, when a motor car. driven by •lames Francis Keohane approached. Keohane was being taught to drive by Donald James Henderson, who was seated alongside Keohane. As the ear approached deceased, Keoliane sounded the hoi;n and swerved the car slightly in order to pass behind deceased. As the oar was about to pass, deceased jumped backwards and the car struck
Deceased was taken to the Auckland Hospital where he was found to be suffering from !>hoek. fractured ribs and other injuries. He died next morning.
