PARALYSIS VICTIM. TO AUCKLAND BY 'PLANE. TO BE PLACED IN IRON LUNG. (By Telegraph.—l*ress Association.) WELLINGTON", this day. A flj-year-old boy, Donald Nairn, was the central ligure in a pathetic,drama at Koiigotai aerodrome to-day. Suffering from paralysis, his only chance of life was to reach till' Auckland Hospital to-day to be placed ill an iron lung. The boy left in a Perceval Vega dull machine at 12.40 and was expected to reach Auckland at 3..'J0. CASE IN AUCKLAND. The illness of a child of 4* years of age. reported to the Health Department at Auckland on Friday. has been diagnosed as slight infantile paralysis to a leg. Another child from the same home, aged 21 years of age. lias been •nit to hospital for ob-ervation. Last month ope case of infantile paralysis was also reported to the Department.
