Charged with breaking and entering the warehouse of Clark Bro«., Freeman's Bay, and stealing £.1 0/0 in money and goods valued at £0 1/, aW with breaking and entering the premises of the British United Shoe Company, Freenian'n Ray, with intent to commit a crime, DArcy Mansell Bennett, labourer, and Patrick Edwin Grove, seaman, appeared in the Police Court to-day. Bennett was also charged with the theft of an overcoat and fJrove with receiving the coat knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained. Detective-Sergeant Xalder prosecuted, the accused l>eing undefended.
