Mr. H. J. Kelliher left Auckland fur Wellington by air this morning. Mr. J. W. Court travelled to Wellington by tlu6 morning's 'plane from Auckland. Mr. A. O. Osborne, M.l\, returned from Wellington by the Limited cxpre»s tlii.i morning. Mr. J. S. Milne wafi a passenger for Wellington by this morning's 'piano from Auckland. Mr. W. A. Boucher will leave on a business visit to Wellington by the Limited express this evening. Mr. P. B. Malim, the well-known English educationist who has heen visiting secondary schools in New Zealand, left for San Francisco in the Monterey last evening. Captain V. O. Webb arrived from Wellington by air yesterday afternoon. He is to leave for Sydney in tho Niagara to-night.
Mr. W. A. Hislop, who returned from abroad in the Monterey, expects to leave for Wellington by the Limited this evening.
Br. T. J. Hughee, medieal officer of health at Auckland, will leave for Wellington by the Limited express this evening.
Mr. M. W. Vigeveno, Vice-Consul (de carriere) t*f the Netherlands, attached to the Consulate of the Netherlands for New Zealand at Wellington, is paying a visit to Auckland.
Mr. H. M. Batcman, an English cartoonist who has been spending an extended holiday in Australia and New Zealand, left in the Monterey last evening on his return to England, travelling via the United States of America.
Mr. Gordon Ilutter was the recipient last evening of a presentation by the exwutive of the Auckland Wrestling Association. Mr. (Jeorge Henning, tho president, referred to the services of Mr. Hutter ito the sport in past years, and to the esteem in which he was held by them all. The presentation was made as a wedding gift.
Mr. F. IT. Clifford, Auckland manager of the New Zealand Shipping Company, Limited, who is on leave of absence to visit Kngland, leaves. Auckland by the express thin afternoon for Wellington to join the Kaiigitane. lie will 1.,. accompanied by Mrs. fiifford ami their daughter. During his absence Mr. F. 10. Tyson, manager of the company in Duncdiu, is taking charge of the Auckland branch.
Commissioner Jamc* Hay, of Australia, who ie now retired, accompanied hv -Mrs. Hay, will he a passenger lor Wellington by train this evening.' He is to conduct the annual congress of the Salvation Army in New Zealand which opens at Wellington on Thursday of this week. He will l>e accompanied on the trip South hy Lieutenant-Commis-sioner ¥. Adanifi, Territorial Commander in New Zealand, who came to Auckland to meet him.
