POLAND'S ARMY.
OVER 1,000,000 UNDER ARMS. (Received 2 p.m.) WARSAW, April 20. Military authorities reveal that Poland has 1,100,000 men under arms, and is prepared to place 5,700,000 in the field in time of war. The western frontier is manned without a break. Precautions will not be relaxed before the easing of tension. . ,
