PRESENTATION.
• STAR w PRINTING STAFF.
In view of their approaching marriages, presentations were made yesterday to two members of the "Auckland Star" printing staff. On behalf of the news room companionship, Mr. G. Lawson made the gift of a chiming clock to Mr. P. R. Jones. Mr. Mervyn Wheeler, of the machine department, was the recipient of a crystal set from his workmates. Mr. . Underwood, the engineer, making the presentation.
