Count Ciano, Italian Foreign Minister, arrived at Tirana to attend the Constitutional Assembly. The Assembly offered the Albanian Crown to the Kin? of Italy by resolution. Albania will remain a separate State. The resolution offering King Victor Kmniauuel the crown specified that Albania should enter into personal unity wnh Italy through the Kind's perMW. The Awcmltly passed a further resolution abolishing King Zog's <iovemnient. preserving the Albanian flag, and making provision for Italy's protection of Albanian frontiers. A new Cabinet has been formed under the Premiership of Shefkat. Vcrlack. All the new Ministers are Albanians.
