CHILLED BEEF AWARDS.
WAIOTIRA SHOW ENTRIES. The Auckland Farmers' Freezing Company, Ltd.. report that the awards for the beef which was exhibited at the Waiotira Show in the chilled beef class for the Wilson Meats Cup, and judged at their Southdown works, were as follow:— Entrv No. 18, N. Mason. 1; No. 4, E. A. Cliff. 2: No. 11, Sloane Bros., 3; No. 3, E. A. Cliff. 4. The placings nt the show were:— Entrv No. 5. E. A. Cliff, 1; No. 4. E. A. Cliff, 2; No. 11, Sloane Bros., 3; No. 18, N. Mason. 4. The beef will be shipped to London by the Port Townsville-and will be displayed on the Smithfield market, where it will be judged again by experts.
