Pursuant to an Order made bv a Judge ] of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the 3rd day of April, 1939, ' notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other persons having claims against the Estate of SAMUEL JOHN ATKINS, late of the City of Auckland, in New Zealand, Hotelkeeper. deceased, who died on or about the 20th day of November, 1938 and Probate of whose Will was granted on the 7th day of December 1938, are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof, to his executor.
