BANK SHARKS FIRMER.

Theie was little interest in Government securities. Activity at Noon. Bidding was fairly brink at the noon call, though chiefly confined to Australian securities. Broken Hill Proprietary continued their rising trend, selling freely from £2 10/0 t<j £3, while a sale in O. .T. Coles lit £3 10/6 showed a further rise of (id. WoQlworths (Sydney) also sold at. an advance. Bank shares were active at firm levels.
