ARRESTS MADE.
Two Men Charged With Bomb Outrage In London. HAMMERSMITH BRIDGE. (Received 10 a.m.} LONDON, March 30. William Browne, a barman, and Edward John Connel, a salesman, both 22 years of age, were charged at Bow Street with maliciously an explosion on Hammersmith Bridge, liable to endanger life and cause serious damage to property. They were remanded for a week.
