(From Our Correspondent.) jOPOTIKI, Wednesday. As the rainfall on Monday night was not sufficient to increase the flow into the Opotiki reservoir to any great extent the Opotiki Borough Council has decided to take action against users wasting water, and also, to prohibit the use of hoses. The Water, was still below the level of the spillway, yesterday morning, and one of the streams running. into the main dam was found to be completely dried up. The heavy rain ott.
