British Union of Fascists, bv a -."i-year-old actress. Miss Mary Tavernan. of Linton House, Holland Park Avenue. W.ll. Service of the writ has been accepted on his behalf bv Messrs. Langton and I'awtnore, of Bolton Street, London, W.l. Plaintiff's solicitors are Messrs. (ieorsre Hindle. of Piccadilly. Mis Mary Tavernan. the plaintiff, who lives with her mother in a West End luxury flat, is a noted society beauty, and has appeared on the stage and in several films.

Mis* Tavernan told the "Sunday Dispatch" that she lirst met Sir Oswald six years ago. and at one time was a member of the British Union of Fascist*. '"We met at a film studio at Elstree in 1033, when the late Mr. Lxulwig Blattner, the producer, was discussing the production of a new film with ine. We became friends and met {several times." Miss Tavernan, who a«* a child appeared in ballet at Covent Garden and was known as the '"Baby Pavlova." appeared in several films as a juvenile lead with Maurice Klvey, including "The Scarlet Piijipornel"' and "Darby aiid Joan." Recently she appeared in a play. "Royal Scapegoat," at the Twentieth Century Theatre. Sir Oswald Moslev is at present away on holiday. A secretary told the "Sunday Dispatch." Of course Sir Oswald will defend the action.
