INFORMAL MUSIC CLUB.
The opening night of the season of the Informal Music Club was held in the Overseas League rooms, the president, Mr. Leo Whittaker, presiding over a large attendance of members and friends. A special feature of the programme presented was a group of viola solos played by Miss Lois Walls. Vocal numbers were given by Misses Dorothy Kirclier, Beth Knight." Constance Johnson, Esme Leach and Julie Williams and Messrs. Robert Hastie, Neville Harrison. Maurice Casey and Arch Russell. Pianoforte solos were played by Miss Wilma Scott, Mr. Ellis Vipond and Mr. Halsey (■rant. The accompanists were Mrs. tiwen de Berg, Miss Marguerite Haresnape, Mr. Leo Whittaker and Mr. Ellis Vipond.
