CROQUET CLUB.

Mount Hobson.—The president and members of the Mount Hobson Croquet Club held a complimentary party for their B grade inter-club players, who have won the AC.A. Shield this season. At the afternoon tea recess Mrs. Hardly, vice-president, congratulated the teams on their success and presented each member with a lovely posy of everlasting flowers from the match committee. Mrs. Buchanan, on behalf of the team, thanked one and all for their hospitality Progressive croquet was played and the prizes were won by Mesdames Guthrie, Margison, Edgar, Sawyer, Linelian and Berrbush.
